By orderring i payed already a lot of transportcosts because it had the come to europe, and during delivery it turned out importtaxes were not included. So in the end i payed 4 times the price of your guide to receive it. Not nice!

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you were dissapointed that you were hit by extra customs on top of the already expensive postage to Europe. We do state in our shipping policy that we send our products Duty Unpaid. Mostly this works out for the better for customers.
We are trailing the calculation of shipping duties on a test store to allow these payments to be collected in advance, and also give a clearer indication of the cost upfront. Once we are happy with this we will look to update the store.
