Thank you for the delivery!
When I ordered the certificate, I didn’t think it might be folded during shipping from the UK to Switzerland. Perhaps it would be worth offering a PDF version as well, so customers can print it at home without any folds or damage. I think that would be a great option.

Sorry to hear this happened to your certificate. The are sent out in card backed envelopes to prevent folding. I have passed this on to our shipping team to look into. Obviously we would rather you order arrived in perfect condition

Update
I have confirmed with our shipping department that certificates are posted in hardback envelopes printed with Do Not Bend, and additional Do Not Bend stickers. They are aware that this has happened occasionally in the past and are looking into an alternative.
